Churches & Pastors

Camp Admin Account

With our camp registration software, CampMinder, pastors/leaders can request a user name for administrative access. Having this access will allow pastors to view custom reports for their church/ministry which show the students who have applied and enrolled in camp.

If you have previously requested an administrative account, your username and password will remain the same. If you no longer have that information, select "Admin Account Login" and "forgot password." If you need additional assistance, contact us at michigancamps@aogmi.org.

Church Payments

Churches that will provide financial assistance for their students, must contact the MSM office at michigancamps@aogmi.org prior to May 1st to make payment arrangements. A code MUST be set up for your church payment. Student and payment details will be required.

Church Leader Policy
To ensure the success of camps, it is important that we are compliant with leadership ratios. The MSM leadership team is comprised of Pastors, Leaders, and volunteers from around our Michigan AG churches.

MSM is requiring all AG and non-AG churches, to send 1 leader for every 6 Kids Camp age campers and 1 leader for every 10 Youth age campers. This leader will accompany your students to camp as their camp's Group leader. For kid’s camp, your church should also send an LIT (Leader in Training) to assist your Group Leader.

Group Leaders help set the tone. They are entrusted with the camper’s safety and are responsible for the camper's physical, mental, and spiritual well-being during the camp session.

Leaders-in-Training (LITs) help make camp happen. Their assistance is instrumental in completing the daily activities. LITs are responsible to help leadership and staff provide campers with fun, safe recreation and setting a Christ-like example.

PK Discount Policy

The Pastor's Kid (PK) discount is complimentary to Michigan AG credentialed pastors.

PK discount codes are e-mailed directly to current AG credential holders.

The PK discount is credited as a discount to the current season's camp tuition cost. The discount is extended for a limited time. It is applied and follows the same guidelines as the early bird discount. The discount code must be added to a current season registration by the end of the May 1st, 2023, discount deadline.

Once the PK code is entered into the online registration process, that discount will be applied to your total balance.

After the code is applied, a verification process will take place. Once verified, the discount will remain on the camper’s account. The discount will only be removed if there is a noncompliance in the verification process. The previously discounted balance would become a balance due.
